Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position offers a wonderful opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.
  • Handling general inquiries and providing accurate information to guests and staff.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Supporting administrative tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Education requirement is AA or Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.

8:30am - 5:30pm
